Purpose of visits
Since 1994 we have offered members and those thinking about joining the scheme the opportunity to meet an administrator in the workplace.
Our administrators are experts on the pension scheme and one-to-one appointments of 15 to 20 minutes are available, during which you can ask questions, raise concerns or simply register opinions on any aspect of the pension scheme. Sometimes group presentations are given on general pension topics.
Not only that, the administrator will be able to access your own personal pension details during your meeting using a laptop computer. This means, as an example, that if you are thinking of retiring in the next five years, you can ask for an on the spot forecast of your pension benefits to help you plan for your retirement. Or it might give you ideas about how you could top up your income in retirement.
Please note the administrators are not allowed to give you financial advice, as they are not licensed to do so, but they can provide information in general terms on any aspect of your pension with DMGT.
Our administrators do not receive commission should you decide to join the scheme or start paying AVCs.
